What We Make

MemoSketch creates personalized, crafted coloring books for children, made from your family photos. Every book is printed, spiral-bound, and delivered gift-ready — a one-of-one keepsake made specifically for your child.

We currently serve Cairo and Giza only. Orders placed from outside these areas can't be fulfilled at this time.

Placing an Order

When you complete our order flow and submit your book, you're entering into an agreement with MemoSketch to produce a custom coloring book based on the details and photos you've provided.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use all photos submitted
• The photos don't infringe on anyone else's rights
• All information provided — including the child's name and age — is accurate

Production begins promptly after your order is placed. Please review your details carefully before submitting.

The Approval Process

Before your book goes to print, we'll send you a preview via WhatsApp — typically within 7 to 10 days of your order. You'll be able to review every page and either approve the book or submit a single round of revision notes.

Once you approve the book, production is final. The approved preview is the product you'll receive. We're not able to accept changes or offer reprints for designs you've confirmed.

If the physical book materially differs from your approved preview — a print defect, a binding failure, or an error on our part — we'll reprint it at no cost to you. This doesn't apply to design choices that were part of the approved preview.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because every MemoSketch book is made entirely from scratch for your child, production begins as soon as your order is placed. We're not able to offer refunds once work is underway.

Cancellation window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked. After that window, we've already begun crafting your book and a cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel within the 24-hour window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

Damaged delivery: If your book arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage.

After approval: Once you've approved your preview, the book reflects exactly what you confirmed. We're not able to offer reprints or refunds for approved designs.

Delivery

We deliver within Cairo and Giza only. Your book will arrive gift-ready — packaged and presented as the keepsake it is.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary. We'll keep you informed via WhatsApp throughout the process. MemoSketch isn't responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Your Photos & Privacy

We handle your photos with the same care we put into the books themselves.

Specifically:

• Your photos are stored on secure, private servers and accessed only by the MemoSketch team members producing your book
• We don't share your photos with any third party — ever
• We don't use your photos in our marketing or on our website without your explicit consent
• Photos are permanently deleted 90 days after your order is fulfilled

By uploading your photos, you're giving MemoSketch permission to use them to create your ordered book — nothing more.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from your order with MemoSketch will be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

MemoSketch operates as a brand and is not a separate legal entity. References to "MemoSketch," "we," and "us" throughout these terms refer to the operating business behind this brand.
